If Jesus lived a life to show us how to draw closer to God, what is it that is keeping us from doing so?  Why do we struggle to exemplify God in our life today?  Why do our "religious preferences" outweigh what God has called us to do?  Continuing our series in John, we examine the response of Jesus to those who appear to be seeking the truth, but are really not and their motives clearly give them away.  How we respond to these words is just as important today, because Jesus gives us the very same challenge.  Are we drawing close to Him because He is the King of Kings, or because He might just be useful to our selfish needs?  God bless you.
