In December 2017 The New York Times broke the story of how the Pentagon had been running a secret program known as AATIP, which had investigated UFOs. This bombshell revelation – and the associated release of declassified military videos showing US Navy jets chasing UFOs – made headlines all around the world. Many in the UFO community saw this as Disclosure, while others linked it with President Trump’s aspirations to create a Space Force.
