I am joined today by Major Donny Bigham. Donny is a world champion powerlifter, retired Army Major, and all around awesome guy. This is part one of a two part podcast with Donny. In this episode, we discuss his background, his military service, and then cover some ground with his competition days on the powerlifting platform.
