Failure is something we all face up with - sometimes big, sometimes small. Sometimes it's relatively simple for us to process, and sometimes it can take years to unravel, unpack and work through. But in today's world, being able to embrace failure, find ways to be resilient and have emotional intelligence when vulnerable can be strengths, especially for leaders.
