• All donations will be made to the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum to allow donors to claim a charitable deduction for tax purposes. Besides acting as a conduit for donated funds, the NLBM will also make a donation.
• The project has been approved by Carl Rogan, Bullet's grandson, and other Rogan family members. Carl has also agreed to donate to the monument fund.
