Publisher's Summary:
From New York Times best-selling author J. Daniels comes a sexy new stand-alone novel.
Riley Tennyson has made a huge mistake.
At least that's what she keeps telling herself.
Showing up to her brother's wedding pissed off and newly single, Riley seeks comfort in solitude and an open bar...until the gorgeous and irresistibly charming CJ Tully makes her a better offer - a wild night with the master of smooth-talking where nothing is off limits.
Riley does what any single woman would do, and a connection is made. One neither one of them can ignore. But when she comes home to the boyfriend she no longer thought she had, Riley buries her secret and begs CJ to do the same.
Forget about each other. It was a mistake. That's all it was...right?
Desires are hidden. Distance is kept. Until one night CJ makes the ultimate sacrifice, and Riley can no longer avoid the man she can't stop thinking about.
Not with him sleeping down the hall.

Great Sexy, Feel Good Romance!
Great feel good sexy book! I really enjoyed this book. The characters were realistic, funny and the sex scenes were very hot! I love a good guy in my romance books so CJ had me from the beginning. I really liked the relationship between these too, it was new and exciting, they were sweet, cute and they couldn't keep their hands off each other. The drama was very low which was another huge plus for me.
The narration was perfect! Stella Bloom was perfect with the southern accent!
Highly recommend if your looking for your next sexy feel good romance!!
CJ is the man!
.**Minor spoilers alert**.
Writing style: Dual POVs
**
Cover and chapter design: I like this cover, but I especially love the chapter POV design graphic that matches it.
**
Dual format read Yes or No?: Yes! Audiobook was my primary format, but I bookmarked and highlighted a few scenes in my e-book copy as well.

Performances rating:
Stella and Eric make a very dynamic narrating duo. Im still loving their voice acting choices especially Erics for little Noah.

Story rating: 1/2
My favorite thing about this 5th installment in the Alabama Summers series is CJs views on how a man treats a woman hes dating. Nolan stole the show again. I couldnt help but grin anytime he popped up in a scene. The fact that he already has a little girlfriend was too cute.
One of my favorite scenes was when Reed threatens CJ after CJ confessed how he really felt about Riley. I loved that Reed could laughingly concede hed at least throw something at those big muscles of CJs in Rileys honor if CJ broke her heart. Im sure that wont be necessary luckily for them both, ha!

Coming up next text:
CJs brother Jake is apparently getting his own story in Say I'm Yours (Alabama Summer, #6). The release date is still to be confirmed, but I would definitely want to read it in dual formats (primarily via audiobook format) again. My ears will be super happy if audiobook narrators Stella Bloom and Eric Michael Summerer return with their consistently fantastic voice acting.
rolled my eyes through most of this
The lead female character was a nincompoop - at times portrayed like a smart young woman and then other times a complete dimwit. The plot and the whole brother theme was lame. Started off strong until after the wedding. All downhill from there.
