Not worth the money
You're better off going to WebMD. This book didn't Tell me anything I didn't already know or couldn't find online. Definitely wasn't worth the price.
Not helpful at all
This was a waste of money, do not buy. It didn't provide any useful information.
Interesting introduction
Interesting basic introduction. 40mins well spent. Best advice : exercise, have routines, get help from professionals regarding diagnosis. Enjoyed this info.
Not much more than an essay
Contained barely more information than an article on the subject. Very U.S.A focused too: drug and schooling information. Also, the delivery was robotic and un-engaging.
