Today's guest is local resident by way of Michigan: Adam Spillman, a local certified breathing and mental skills coach who also specializes in stress relief and anxiety relief. Adam is also a cancer survivor and has an incredible story to share of his survival of cancer after only given a short time to live he is a survivor and shared his experience and now uses that experience to help others. We sit and talk over our experience along with other health and fitness advice, where Tim is from originally, and about his local catering business of healthy foods sourced from oftentimes local ingredients from the Hood River Valley. Yaniv is the special guest today and he is originally from Isreal and we sit and go over his journey from Israel through India to make it to Hood River via Seattle. We talk about his project "Heart River" amongst a few other very interesting topics such as love, food, the different types of hummus in Israel, and the possibility of opening up a food truck.
