In this series, we have been looking at four names of Christ that were prophesied about Him in the book of Isaiah. These names are characteristic of Christ. We have learned that He is our Wonderful Counselor and our Mighty God. This week, we will discover if there was ever anything we needed in a savior it would be an Everlasting Father.

Isaiah gave the nation of Israel a prophecy about the coming Messiah. The prophecy came 700 years before Jesus would walk the earth and in it, Isaiah shares four names: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace. This week Pastor Chad Fisher continues the series, His Name, sharing that Jesus is Mighty God.

Have you ever received a birth announcement? Have you received one 700 years before it happened? In Isaiah 9:6, Isaiah tells of the coming Messiah about how He will be called Wonderful Counselor. Let this message speak to your heart as we begin a new series entitled, His Name.
