Members Reviews:

A taste of New England!

I could almost taste the scallops listening to this audio. What a unique audio this is. Part behind the story of the novel Island Apart, and part audio cooking show as Raichlen (you've seen him on TV) takes you to all the best places to buy quality products on the Vineyard then gives you the recipes and cooks them live. I thought this was going to be standard clam bake fare, but it is so much more than that, but not intimidating to make at home. I'm definitely going to make several of these dishes. This is a great gift and perfect conversation piece.
