I absolutely love intuitive eating for its weight loss benefits. In addition to losing weight, the mental, emotional and physical benefits of a non-diet intuitive eating approach is recognized in numerous studies for all its in benefits. In this week's podcast, I want to remind you of the incredible benefits of intuitive eating backed by research. Discover These 7 Benefits of Intuitive Eating: Transform Your Relationship with Food and Thrive: Improved Psychological Well-Being: Research indicates that intuitive eating is associated with improved mental health outcomes. Studies have shown a reduction in depression, anxiety, and body dissatisfaction among individuals who practice intuitive eating (Tribole & Resch, 2012; Tylka & Kroon Van Diest, 2013).         Enhanced Weight Management: Studies have found a positive link between intuitive eating and healthier weight management.
