A Must have book

OMGoodness never have read more Interesting and informative books like Craig Beck's books. This book inspired me and helped me to view diets in a whole different light. I read it over and over a must have book..

Craig Beck loves the sound of his own voice and loves telling us all about his life, his wonderful family, how alcohol, fast food and lust are evil, shoves in a couple of amateurish, nonsenical "Hypnosis" clips and practically tells us how to lose weight in about one paragraph, carefully hidden towards the very end of this dire, dull-as-dishwater, drivel. DON'T waste your money on this boring, long-winded pap. Utter tripe, with empty promises, no substance and UGHHHHH!!

This one's so relaxing, I fell asleep listening to it during the relaxation exercise. I trust Erick Brown's hypnosis suggestions, I've listened to many of them and they're very good. (Shalla DeGuzman, Editor, Shalla magazine, Bamberg, Germany)

I used to just think about how hard it was going to be to lose weight and want to give up. I would go a few days 'being good' and feel like I was starving, and then lose it and go crazy eating everything in the house. I now have much more energy to go to the gym and follow a healthy eating program, and it seems like I want to do it instead of forcing myself. I recommend this program highly. Good info, but the interviewer pulls the audio dow

I really like Patrick Wanis and I feel this audio has very good information with moving past things once a relationship closes. However the one thing I do not like about this is the woman doing the interview. "Honeybee." She seems hung up on the thought of someone not being "Worthy of you." Every time Wanis tries to direct her away from that line of thinking, she clings to it with such dedication he eventually just gives up. I feel the same info just with Wanis giving it would be much more benifical without the distracting side comments from "Honeybee."

This book was awful

Very little substance. Man and woman talking to one another in an question/answer style. I got absolutely nothing new or helpful from this.

The introduction reminded me of the many hard sell commercials that promise you the world then quite to my dissapointed the real brilliance is only in the hard sell at the beginning.

Get Rich and Successful

I am a Glenn Harrold fan, but having said that - don't waste your money on this one. There is very little that is motivating about this audio. Nothing new here - the 2004 Creating Abundance was better and this recording uses some of the same words - but with much less depth and conviction. There was a little bit of singing at the beginning - and it was just lame. Just hearing "you deserve to be rich" is not much of an affirmation and there was no visualization like in his earlier longer recordings. Seems Glenn Harrold is cranking out several of these short little recordings without putting much effort into them. Very disappointing.

Good Vibrations

I have several of Glenn's works and this one is different to me. The messages are consistent, but there is something more to this one. There seems to be more depth and feeling, but it is hard to explain. There are wonderful female vocals at the beginning and end that I assume is his wife, but I don't know for sure. I could listen to the last 2 minutes for hours. Definitely worth it and highly recommended.

Wow!

I have been under a cloud recently and bought one of Glenn Harrolds audio's and it got me back on track, so then I purchased this one. I have always been sceptical about the law of attraction but all I can say is wow. It has given me so much confidence and a feel factor about myself, but even more interesting, I have begun to receive money and have done for the last three weeks, today I have had the news that a publisher has commissioned regular articles from me for their publication. I can actually feel the difference this has made and I want to thank Glenn for this, I feel great. Thank you so much.

Review from qualified hypnotherapist

Don't buy this!

I am a qualified hypnotherapist and have read and listened to a vast number of stop smoking scripts/tapes. This is by far the worst effort I have ever encountered. The author fails entirely to use effective hypnotic language, is hopeless at inducing trance and the stop smoking suggestions employed are not only amateur but laughable. Stay away at all costs.

It didn't work for me

I tried to sleep using it several times, without any result.

It did not work for me-

Don't buy this

Two AM. I couldn't sleep. I downloaded this book (from Itunes) on to my iphone. Listened to it. It was working very well until the last 10 seconds, or so, when a LOUD VOICE announced, 'THANK YOU FOR LISTENING TO AUDIBLE', jolting me awake again.

I don't have the words to describe how annoying this was. Someone in audible wasn't thinking.

Good recording let down by Audible sound byte

This is a very good hypnotherapy recording that helps me begin to drift off in to a peaceful sleep. However, just at the end of the CD after the music fades out you suddenly get a loud American voice saying \"AUDIBLE HOPES YOU HAVE ENJOYED THIS PROGRAMME!\" which completely ruins the effect and jolts me back awake, hence rendering the recording useless. And because it's an Audible protected track I can't even edit out the last 4 seconds. Very bad show Audible since there is already a \"this is audible\" voice on the beginning of the track. Otherwise I would give this recording 4 or 5 stars.

It's only a short audio book?

The first 5 minutes of the audio is an overview of how to prepare for a good sleep. The comments state obvious steps and I find that I always skip to the 5 min mark and start listening from there. The remaining 14 mins though are very soothing and find that I fall asleep very quickly once the audio is finished.

For the price, it it is still worth getting.

Out like a light

Would you listen to Sleep Deeply again? Why?

I have been listening to this every night for a week or so. At first it was not quite enough, although when I did eventually fall asleep I did not wake as much as usual. The past few nights I have fallen asleep much quicker and have not woken at all, so much so that I really feel rested.
