Every person goes through a dark period in their life, where things don't seem to be going right. This is not a time to give up, this is a time of discovery and a time of planning. It is a time where you can discover your purpose. This dark era in your life could actually be a turning point. This week, I'm talking about how beauty can come from darkness you may have or are experiencing.

With all the information out now, there are still some of you that are giving up on your dreams, which means you are giving up on yourself. This week I'm going over reasons you may give up on your dreams, so you can recognize the behavior and change it.

The goal is for you to live full and die empty; creating and living as be best version of yourself. Its your job to discover your purpose and live your life fully and unapologetically. This week I am give steps on how to build yourself to be the best version of yourself.

Thank you are two words that seem to be under used. The time has ran out for being ungrateful. If you are trying to bring more of something in your life, you first need to be grateful for what you currently have. Thank you is something that should be said when you rise and before you go to be. So remember, say thank you!

It has been scientifically proven that you are directly influenced by the people who are closet to you. Jim Rohn is even quoted as saying "you are a the average of the five people you spend the most time with." It's important that you guard who you associate with because it can and will have an influence on you and your choices. This week, I am talking about how the people around you affect you life.

Having a winning mindset, means understanding that life can be cruel, but you learn to respond to the misfortunes and not react. This week I talk about the good and bad, hard truths of life. Having a winning mindset will help you reach any goal and get past any adversity.

The mold was broken, when you were born. There is not another person out there like you, so it's important that you embrace who you are. Not accepting yourself can lead to things like addiction and depression, none of which are beneficial to you. You are unique and perfectly imperfect. So just be you!

Each person has a choice on how they want to construct their life. Your choices paint the picture of your life thus far, be it wins and fails. So make choices that are deliberate and smart in order to have the life you desire.
