Therefore let us move beyond the elementary teachings about Christ and be taken forward to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death,[a] and of faith in God, 2 instruction about cleansing rites,[b] the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. 3 And God permitting, we will do so.

From the beginning, the enemy’s goal is to bring us into a false sense of security, identity, and certainty. Trying to convince us to live independent of deep confidence in & obedience to God. So, while this may look like freedom (liberty), we’re enslaved & entrapped to a life beneath God’s best. But God provides a clear picture of True Freedom for experiencing His best in our lives – it looks like: TRUTH!

God will lead each of us to pivotal life seasons where we must definitively and decisively take a stand on our position in God. It’s not that we’ve misrepresented or mismanaged our lives; but at this moment, we’re surrounded by proof of His goodness in our lives.
