One of the greatest & saddest truths is, every person who is born isn’t alive. Breaths from our mouth and beating of our heart only confirms our existence in this world. BUT… God didn’t create us to simply exist – try to live. He designed every person to truly & fully come alive – engage in this world with vibrancy & expectancy from being more aware of His reality than anything else.

Each of us moves thru life in stages—seasons marked by growth and change. Each step shaping, building & preparing us to be the best version of who we are. AND… in our walk with God, there comes a point when everything we’ve experienced has been leading us to this moment. Focus Scripture: Matthew 24:42-46; Luke 12:35

The Call to Availability:

• Be Watchful - Stay spiritually aware
• Be Ready - Live prepared for the Lord's return
• Be Available - Respond when God calls

What it Means to be Available to God:

• Willingness: A heart that says "Yes" to God before knowing the full assignment
• Readiness: A posture of spiritual attentiveness to God's direction
• Obedience: Acting faithfully in the moment God places before us

Three Postures of Availability:

• Choose presence over distraction (Martha - Luke 10:38-42
• Choose obedience over recognition (David - 1 Samuel 17)
• Choose trust in His Authority (Centurion - Matthew 8:5-13)

Great faith grows from a deep understanding of God's authority and complete trust in His Word.

The Christian life isn’t a casual battle—it’s a lifelong spiritual fight. In this message, we’re reminded that God calls us to stand strong by using the spiritual weapons He has provided.

3 Major threats to your spiritual life:

1. Not knowing God (Not knowing His Word, His Ways or His Worth
   • When we forget who God is, we begin to rely n ourselves
2. Not knowing myself (Transparency is the key to self-awareness)
   • You cannot change what you refuse to confront
3. Refusing to change
   • Change is not punishment - it is proof that God is working in us

Ask yourself:

• What am I chasing or pursuing? What do I want?
• Do my word and actions align with God's Word?
• What are my weaknesses, my triggers?
• Where do I need to grow stronger and more confident in Christ and in God's Word?
• What wounds have I not healed from?
• What grudges, hurts, or disappointments am I holding on to? Unforgiveness blocks spiritual growth.

Whose voice do I listen to the most?

• What is your playlist? What are you constantly listening to - spiritually and naturally? A playlist is a collection of audio or video files that are repeatedly played. Spiritually speaking, we also have an internal playlist - the voices, messages and thoughts we rehearse daily
• What do I value most in life?
• How much time do I spend on what I claim to value?
• What you consistently listen to shapes your faith, your confidence and your direction. If your playlist is filled with doubt, fear, compassion or negativity, your life will reflect it.

• You must know God, know the Word of God and live God's Word!

Each of us knows life is about “change”; always making decisions & taking actions that put us in the best position to thrive & triumph in life. Naturally speaking, it’s often a view of change that can be traced to our own wisdom, schedule & ability. BUT…in accepting our call to Follow Him; it’s not just change; it’s radical change – a life that fully points to our confidence in & obedience to Him.

Focus Scripture: Luke 9:1-6; Luke 10:1-4;16-20

Radical change is:

• becoming comfortable living by His character rather than by my own competence.
• knowing He schedules a time to test me on what He's taught me to show that He trusts me and I can trust Him.
• making it a priority to be the most hopeful person in the most hopeless situation.
• experiencing rejection without it becoming a source of distraction from what God has called me to do.
• living for what God has finished and not from what I have fought to make happen.
• choosing to have success based on God's will over defining success based on the world's way.

But the call to follow Jesus moves us beyond relying on our own strength, wisdom, and understanding as the foundation for a fulfilling life. Instead, we’re invited into a radical faith—a way of relating and responding to God that demonstrates trust beyond what is natural or comfortable.

The call to radical faith is to act like God is:

• Good
