Together with professionals in banking, law, tech and beauty we tackled the most pressing questions about how we can be impactful in our communities financially. We brought up internal battles that we can start to face head on in our black communities when it comes to supporting, learning and teaching each other best practices. There were also points of disagreements and challenges but all of these were necessary to bring to light how we can advance and continue to be aware of our own biases, strengths and recognizing that the end goal is the same.
