Welcome to the last episode of 2023! This is CRAZY! After reflecting, I decided to do something a little different for the last episode of the year. I sat and reflected for a bit about the topic, then came a download. Firstly, I love playing with numbers so here is a list of 23 things. Next, I love sharing my lessons and wisdoms with you so you can get the juicy goodness without learning it the hard way - like I did!

So, this episode dives into the 23 things I invested in this year that allowed me to take better care of myself inside and out. Some items are time hacks, some are healing, some are straight up luxury and some are random things I love and can't live without. There is at least one item for every person. Yes, you read it correctly. I got married! No, it is not a shotgun wedding, it was truly a "love at first sight... when you know, you know" kinda deal! Big shout out to Hinge and the Universe for making it happen.

Now let me spill all the details, drama and divine intervention behind the engagement and wedding that I planned in a few days. So a lot went down in my personal life before the wedding, hence this will actually be a 3-part series. Sorry, not sorry. Y'all want the scoop, you got it. It was an adventure in the BTS of my life.

Part 1 discusses the craziness the month before the nuptials as the Universe tested both of us with a few (actually, MANY) plot twists and bumps in the road.
