Rather than waste 20 minutes on a presentation with an unqualified prospect, figure out who you're talking to BEFORE you present.

 

Ask them what you need to know before you present. They have to earn their way to the presentation, not just anyone receives the it. Make sure you don't fall into the group of presenters that presents to everyone with a pulse.
