Catching up with Ka, update on my life, long weekend, tips for the teens and young adults and more. It's been a while since I recorded this type of episode. Enjoy.
Simple things that we take for granted every day means so much when we don't have it. Take each day as a new day for new opportunities. This was a daily reminder.
Daily Reminder on not living within someone else's boundaries or space for too long. Let yourself have your own place even when you live with family, friends, or a roommate. Good karma comes in all shape and sizes. Stay together and happy Monday.
For this month, I will be focusing on Actions, just do it! Anything on your mind. Just do it. There is no better time, if you're afraid then yes, just do it.
Burnout Day 4. Lots of thing to do but the mind and body wants other things. Simplicity is key. Do the easy stuff first and then focus on the hard stuff. Stay strong and together.
Burnout Day 3 is me realizing and understanding what I have to do to move from this moment. Not many people know what true happiness is. True happiness comes from within and it starts there. There you manifest what you want and there you make it a reality.
Burnout Day 2 is here. Still not on smooth road but I am keeping myself together. I been trying to understand what I need to do. And I am still not sure. Take it slow and take time to think.
Follow me on my burnout journey. This is day 1 of my burnout journey and so far, it's not the best but I am learning. I will go into depth with how I am doing everyday and what I learned about myself that day.
Do you that burnout is now considered by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a disease? If you don't, now you do. Come join me in my daily talk on burnout. I talk about my personal journey on burnout. I will in coming episodes talk more about how I am living everyday with it. Happy living.
