Hello beautiful souls, welcome to the start of me throwing spaghetti at life and seeing what sticks. I’ve been on an expansive journey and can feel a shift in the way I normally view and experience the world. I feel called to share this journey in the unsureness of where it’s all leading. I want to use my life as an experiment to see what we are really capable of and hope that it allows you to question some of your assumptions or beliefs about life… but for now, please allow me to talk you through how this all began
