We have to look beyond ourselves and reach out. One area that is neglected is homelessness. 

Six years ago, I had the privilege of meeting with Pastors in Lynchburg as they wrestled with a newspaper article about food deserts. I had discovered a solution within the Baptist General Association of Virginia. It led to providing nutritional food for one community and now six.
