About our guest: Douglas K. Burrell is a partner in the Atlanta office of Drew Eckl & Farnham LLP. He has developed comprehensive experience while serving as first chair on more than 40 jury trials and more than 100 bench trials. He is the Chair of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Mediation and Trial Academy and serves as faculty on the NITA Deposition Skills Program. Mr. Burrell's practice consists of civil defense litigation with an emphasis on wrongful death and catastrophic injury, construction law, premises liability, transportation/trucking law and product Liability.
