In this video, I'm going to share my passion for the Disgaea series and why I'm eagerly awaiting the launch of Disgaea 7! Join me as I journey back to 2003, when the remarkable Disgaea series was born. It's a tactical/strategy RPG that comfortably sits alongside giants like Fire Emblem and Final Fantasy Tactics but makes its own mark with unique quirks. Fancy levelling up to a whopping 9,999? Disgaea lets you do that! What makes Disgaea so special? It's a fusion of Takehito Harada's iconic chibi art style and Tenpai Sato's offbeat soundtrack. In this podcasr, I also share my personal experiences with the series, from the very first Playstation game, right through to the upcoming Disgaea 7. I'll talk about the hours I've spent exploring each title, the standout moments, and why Disgaea Dimension 2 has a special place in my heart. Wondering about Disgaea's gameplay? It's as flexible as you want it to be. You can cruise through the main story, or really delve into the game mechanics to boost your stats and develop unique strategies.
