The show takes place in the East Tennessee neighborhood of Oak Ridge.  Sheriff Jack must track down the one who sold a lethal amount of opioids to a young girl in the town.  Paired with a deputy who may have some nose problems of his own, Jack must wade through a new world while holding back his old ghosts.  This, is ORPD
