We are back and dishing it out on a person in Ontario who thought it important to put up a highway sign claiming 'White lives matter'. The individual also whines to media saying that Trudeau is paying immigrants to take over the country.  While this is very laughable and quite absurd, the spirit behind these sentiments is extremely harmful. We'll remind those listening that present day Canada was built on the hierarchy of elevating one select group of people over another. We'll also help people remember that white people are inherently provided privileges that they often ignore.

We've got to speak out against racism and call for more action to disarm harmful ideologies. The reason why we say Black lives matter, Asian lives matter, people of colour lives matter is because they haven't before. And until they start mattering in the same way that white people's lives have mattered, we're going to continue saying it. 

We condemn all forms of dehumanization and only ask that if someone disagrees with us to reach out. We invite your conversation because we need to have this conversation and make a better future for all of us.
