One of the beliefs that I’m here to dismantle is that we have to be busy to have value. Busy is not a badge of honor. This comes up so often in my interactions with people who I talk to on social media, in my coaching programs or during speaking engagements. And instead of just going along with the narrative that I must be so busy as a wife, mom of 3 and business owner, I take a stand and say NO. That’s not my goal. And that’s not my desire. And I’m not going to pretend that it is to “fit in.”

I want to encourage you to dismantle the beliefs, old thoughts, old identities that you’ve outgrown. Do this for yourself and do this publicly as a service. This is at the core of being a sacred messenger with your work.
