Disney Vault Talk

After a bit of a hiatus, Steve and Teresa return to talk Make Mine Music. A package movie that features jazz, classical, and other types of music. What did the two think? WHY WOULD YOU KILL THAT WHALE?!?

Teresa gets to talk one of her all time favorite Disney movies while Steve sings poorly. It’s Donald’s birthday and he receives a big box full of presents that take him on a journey through Latin America, reunite him with Jose Carioca, and introduce him to a new friend. Also, Steve’s theory is that this is the inspiration for the 1980’s comedy The Three Amigos. It’s fun, laughter, and a little learning on this episode of Disney Vault Talk!

Steve and Teresa take a look at Saludos Amigos! The two talk about llamas, the correct way to pronounce a new character’s name, and they revel in the joy of a Goofy segment. All this and your e-mails and thoughts as well.

Steve and Teresa discuss the classic, Bambi! But first, Bill Farmer, the voice of GOOFY, stops by to talk about voice acting, being Goofy, Disney, and he even tells a story about Bambi. Fun facts, history, YOUR e-mails, and did we mention BILL FARMER? All on this super sized edition of Disney Vault Talk!

Teresa and Steve talk the fourth animated feature from Disney, 1940’s DUMBO. Have your heart warmed, broken, broken some more, and then lifted as a little pachyderm takes flight. Included are the usual bits of history concerning the movie, fun facts (featuring a new song to open the segment) and YOUR e-mails and feedback!

Teresa and Steve take a magical journey through the tour de force that is Fantasia. The third feature film outing from Walt Disney and company is a sticking spot for Steve which he gets over quickly upon discussion with Teresa. It’s pixies, ponies, unicorns, devil monsters, hapry nipps, and Sorcerers’ hats all on this episode of Disney Vault Talk.

The two get more and more excited as they go up their respective lists and then…they get to their respective number one spots…and IT. IS. ON! Everyone loves lists and this one is one for the ages on Disney Vault Talk.
