I was born and raised into a Czechoslovakian family. Growing up in a blue-collar home; my father; a professional carpenter, worked endlessly reconstructing and building homes. Watching his hard work inspired my efforts to get involved in the industry, but how?

Over the years, I picked up traits and gained knowledge from my father that directed me to envision my career that was bigger than anything I imagined myself doing, Real Estate!

Today, I ambitiously pursue this career with a powerful team and a goal in mind to help those find the home they are looking to sell or own. I am on my way towards becoming the #1 Top Selling Agent in the state, contact me today to find out how!

I grew up in a town with a population of roughly 100 people and did mostly hard labor work through my teens. After high school i turned down college scholarships and went straight into a sales job. College seemed like an easy ticket to $30,000 of debt and a $10/hour job so no thanks.

Started my own biz while still selling cars, quit my job simply because i was reaching a point where i was depressed and needed to make a change. I left with no money in the bank and no income; this was November of 2016. I spent the last year in the car biz working 63 hours per week at the dealership and 40+ at home building skills in social media, cryptocurrency, and marketing. Now i teach all three professionally.

Hi! I'm Todd...

I’m just an ordinary guy who has been married for over 20 years, that has two children and lives in Southern California.

I’m enjoying life. My wife and kids are doing great, and I am blessed to have such an awesome family.

And while I’ve been an entrepreneur all of my life in one sense or another, I made the decision in 2008 to never work for someone else in a ‘day job’ scenario ever again.

So I left the practice of law and trashed the resume. Forever.

Spent over $100,000 and traveled the states for 3 years to find a niche.

Found a common problem with influencer entrepreneurs that was a big opportunity, then I started to create courses for them.

I worked with SEO entrepreneur Joshua Earp to build his course and took it to six figures in just 9-months.

I have worked with entrepreneurs like Magician Julius Dean, wrote copy for Sean Vosler, Sam Ovens, Adrian Morrison, and Dave Kosciusko the original Phone Flipper.

Married in Seattle Washington and have a 18 month old girl.

And currently on the board for Hopelink a non-profit who’s goal is to eradicate poverty.
