Today, we gain a deep insight into working at one of Europe's most exciting Fintechs: Trade Republic!
Their mission and market opportunity are enormous: disrupting the retail investing industry and providing millions of Europeans with secure, easy, and free access to capital markets, thereby addressing the pension gap and promoting wealth creation. Already, more than 600 employees (with half of them in tech departments) are working towards this mission, serving over 1 million customers. The scale-up has received support from top venture capital investors worldwide, including Accel, Peter Thiel's Founders Fund, Ontario Teachers', Sequoia and TCV.
