In the book Blue Ocean Strategy by W. Chan Kim and Renee Mauborgne they talk about how most current markets are a red ocean, meaning the same small school of fish are being fed on by a huge number of sharks…  

Even the submarkets are bloody, and staking a claim in that market can be difficult at best…  

In Russell Brunson’s book Expertises Secrets, he talks about how many people look at a niche and jump right in without looking at the market and how much of a red ocean it may be…  

Choosing an online business has to be carefully reviewed.  

What can you offer that no one else has? What’s your unique angle, and is it relevant?
