On Episode 131 we hop on the Double Dutch Bus and try to figure out what exactly it is, and what the hell Frankie Smith is saying in this 1981 jam.  This song influenced hip hop vernacular for YEARS to come, and on the surface seems to have a bunch of gibberish speak, but we may have decoded what exactly it is he was trying to say all along.
