Dissolving Feelings Meditation - A Guided Problem Solving Practice

Welcome back to the YogaLion Podcast! In this week's episode, I will guide you through a gentle meditation to connect to your body. I will first ask you to identify a problem you are dealing with and want to let go of, then lead through an experience of the feelings that come up related to your problem, and how to use awareness of the breath to release these feelings. This practice can be done in any comfortable position, wherever you feel able to practice today.
This meditation is based on a practice from the book, "The Child in You" by Stefanie Stahl
