Laura shares her journey of guiding Distilled as they embarked on the demanding yet exciting task of combining three of Ireland’s most successful internet brands, Daft, DoneDeal and Adverts, and with that combining three different cultures and three different ways of working. Drawing on her years of expertise in Human Resources, Laura also gives us an insight into the importance of effective leadership, and how dealing with feedback (both positive and negative!) and encouraging employee engagement can propel a business from good to great.
