It’s important to be ambitious as we strive for more in life, but are we also focused on having more gratitude? Social media, life comparisons, and our inner desire to become the best version of ourselves is actually doing us more harm than good. When our mental health is struggling, we often need a shift in our focus and perspective. When is the last time you were truly appreciative and thanked God for all you already had? How long did that feeling last before you moved on to feeling like you didn’t have enough? This episode will help you reevaluate your current heart posture and consider how to more forward into have everyday peace, joy, and happiness.
