In successful clubs, members support each other through evaluations that encourage speakers to continue practicing and learning. Members who receive thoughtful evaluations feel heard and become motivated to improve. 

Grammarian is a role at a Toastmasters meeting. As Grammarian, one need to make note of any incorrect grammar used by any speakers. Grammarian function as a part of the meeting's evaluation team and give a report at the end of the meeting of any incorrect and unique grammar used. The purpose of the Ah-Counter is to note any overused words or filler sounds used as a crutch by anyone who speaks during the meeting.
