The city may not be in the clear just yet. DC 33 will begin voting on a new contract on Monday. The union president is warning us that they could go back on strike if the membership votes it down.

Meanwhile, the city is shutting down the 60 trash drop-off sites, but neighbors say people are still dumping garbage there.
