Hello and welcome to episode 22 of Ditch The Small Talk. My name is Denean and this is a weekly podcast, where I speak to people about their mental health.

So, you probably don't know this but I've got a strong interest in urban development. I spend a lot of time thinking about the design of buildings and how they cater to communities. I live near a few estates which were designed with buildings on four sides, about seven floors up facing one big courtside and I cannot help but think about how it would feel to live somewhere that's designed that way. Would it feel like I was enclosed in a community or trapped? Is this a design that's meant to build cohesiom way before the residents were ready it. Who knows?
