  • My 'CHEAT DAY' led to bad binge eating at times and this still creeps back in now

  • Never have 2 low-quality meals in a row
  • Slow down when your team
  • Think high volume and filling foods
  • East fr energy on how you want to feel

LIFESTYLE

  1. Work at 80% output
  2. Always have a plan
  3. Always have a goal

MINDSET

  1. Know your wanting signs + algorithms
  2. Understand your triggers
  3. learn to push & pull
  4. Kill the version of yourself that doesn't serve you
