Sloan confides in Trask over what she did with Nicole's paternity and genetic tests. Sloan refuses Eric's lame proposal. Eric is going to try again with a gorgeous new ring. Xander asks Chloe to marry him. Maggie wants Xander to make amends with Victor. Kristen gets custody of Rachel. Chad confronts Alex with his frat boy antics and tells him to stay away. Kate confesses to Roman that she hired Harris to get rid of Megan. Eric tells Roman and Kate that Sloan is pregnant. Roman is shocked and upset. Kate helps smooth things over. Lani finally gets Whitley to snap out of it and tells her the police will be tracking her. Rafe and Jada cover for Lani but the US Marshall shows up and threatens to arrest her. Shawn tries to say he misspoke when Jada arrives and Trask demands to speak to her. Jada admits sleeping with Rafe and Trask then fires Rafe. Gwen catches Xander and Chloe having sex at work and a hilarious scene involving a pickle ad occurs. Wendy chooses Tripp. More spoilers and rumors with the return of Philip.

Kate is going to find out what is really going on with Megan. Harris arrives at the party and pulls a gun.
