We need to learn how to take time out to truly appreciate, not just ourselves, but the victories even the small ones. So it’s OK to take a beat. It’s OK to take a pause. It’s OK to just be able to pour back into yourself just as much as you pour into others. So in this episode I hope that I encourage you to be able to be OK with just being! Enjoy and Share!!

Happy 2022! Yes I know it’s the last week of January but hey better late than never, right? Good question?! Well in the next couple of months we will be working on a couple of new segments as well as some revamping and I want y’all to join us on this journey!!

In this episode we will be discussing and dissecting the Biblical story of Samson and Delilah!! FYI- not a Bible study lesson more so an opportunity to learn about warning signs, red flags, and discernment! Trust me it will be FUN!!!

It’s election time and we need to get out there and vote and have our voices heard!!!

We are focused on being able to grow, progress and succeed in life with one key thing...Communication.

Will be discussing the current events that have taken place over the last couple of months and calling all to make a stand and UNITE.
