Diversions

Tron is making a comeback, Keti and B give their thoughts on the recently announced third Tron film and briefly dive into the lore from the previous 2 films. Good recommendations for tv from both our hosts with some new and old stuff to watch.  Are arcades dead? What once was the hub spot for pop culture is now a new gimmick for aging millennials, Keti and B discuss some of their favorite arcade games, non-fighting ones of course and our hosts answer questions from the audience. Thanks for listening and remember to follow us on insta @diversions64, our hosts @geeknight90 and @bumblingb_

Recording back to back episodes are tough but we did just so we wouldn't miss a week. Keti and B discuss the hate against animation these days from corporations and how they wanna take the cheap route like in the 80s and just put out the same cookie cutter shows. Brendan Fraser's comeback, his Brenaissance is in full effect and hope to see more his work on the screen. And just what is going on with the Velma show? For a show that has meta humor and "don't want to ruin the classics" they sure do stomp on the Scooby Gang status quo and make a mess of everything. Thanks for listening to another episode, follow us @diversions64 on insta!!

Hey everyone we have another great episode here for you, our good friend Anexagoras joins us on the pod today, a cosplayer and streamer on her way to make partner on Twitch. She gives us the ups and downs to cosplay and streaming and also what keeps her going in these hobbies. We have some great shows to recommend and a few from our guest as well. If your life was an isekai and got transported to a new world what kind of genre would it be? Keti, B and Anexagoras give their answers and they're pretty interesting. Keti and B have some more recommendations for you ranging from Looney all the way to miracles. 2023 is upon us and the next Zelda entry is just a few months away...hopefully, but our hosts also dive into what else they expect to be announced from Nintendo along with what they hope will be announced. Are the classic cartoons being killed off? With episodes of Looney Tunes and Flintstones vanishing from the streaming library just what future can animation have. Time to get digital again, 02 style as the second crew of Digidestined are gearing up for their movie release this year Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning, and a Digimon series that B just can't seem to remember.

Welcome back to another episode of Diversions! A special episode as we have a guest! Pablo Murillo creator of Pabsprints, Pablotrees, and a founder of the USRFRNDLY podcast. We talk with Pablo about what he does, what his pig logo means and just get to know him. Final holiday movie list and recommendations and just how many Christmas movies has Tim Allen been involved in? Across the Spider-verse has dropped their latest trailer and it is filled to the brim with Spider-people along with a few favorites of Keti and B. Salt Bae being cringe at the World Cup really rubbed people the wrong way and he broke some sacred World Cup Trophy rules as well.  Avatar, not the blue people, is coming back with a new series and this time an earthbender who follows Korra, curious to see what that world looks like now and the legacy that Korra left. Once again thank for listening and you can find our hosts at @geeknight90, @bumblingb_, and our guest @pabsprints, @pablotrees, @usrfrndlypodcast

Jump Festa took place last weekend and Keti breaks down what shows and movies has him excited as well what collectibles he wants to get. B introduces a new show he's watching and some new/old recommendations from Keti. Can this just be the Henry Cavill podcast? Seems like our host always have him in mind and who can blame them, he's a big nerd and one who's time as the Man of Steel has come to an end, again. There is a silver lining to all of it though and exciting times for our boy Henry. Goodbye Ash? Looks like the OG Pokemon Trainer is hanging it up and letting someone new take the spotlight in 2023, truly the end of an era and one that has grownup alongside our host, but is it truly the end of Ash's quest...

What is going on at DC? Wonder Woman is getting coal for Xmas this year, is there even a point to the current DC Universe? Keti and B discuss what might happen and what they hope DC will do for the future. Where do you stand on the fight with A.I. art, are you a fan and consider it progression or do you think its an abomination and an offense to all artist out there. He's got no strings on him, Keti loved Guillermo Del Toro's Pinocchio movie especially after the live-action remake by Disney was well not a real movie, pun intended. The Video Game Awards were a highlight with some expected winners and other upsets and the whole even itself ended bizarre, shoutout to flute guy though, Studio Mappa taking over the anime world can those animators catch a break? Thanks for listening and hope you all enjoy a good holiday

Keti and B have dive into the lore that is Transformers and Beast Wars, as well as discussing what is in a Christmas movie and what makes it a Christmas movie. World Cup Fever continues and just as there are triumphs there is also tragedy as Keti and B's favorite team is knocked out. Knights of the Zodiac is getting a film and Keti is ecstatic. New shows to recommend and so much more is packed into episode!

New shows to recommend: Wednesday, Made in Abyss, Guardians Holiday Special, Willow, The Santa Clauses and more. Keti and B breakdown the latest World Cup drama and thrillers. Smash Bros controversy, are the tournaments gone forever, what will happen to the smash community because of the Panda fiasco? Mario movie drops it's second trailer and Keti and B are loving it. Silk coming to a streaming service near you soon, and Keti will begin his quest on Xmas holiday films.

Keti and B recommend new shows to watch, as well as try to understand what the new Disney movie is about and why not many have heard of it. Disney itself is going through a change replacing it's CEO, not Thomas Washington. Twitter continues to rot from the inside and are its days numbered? Sonic creator facing prison time, will he escape from a helicopter and down the slopes on a snowboard like Sonic, and Pokemon Scarlet and Violet earn huge sales along with numerous bugs in their game but does it make it or break it? November has not been easy for 90s legends as we lost an original Power Ranger Jason David Frank who played Tommy Oliver on the show Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Power Rangers Zeo, Power Rangers Turbo, and Power Rangers Dino Thunder and much, much more.
