On this week's DC we're discussing white label services and when/why you may want to incorporate them into your business.

What exactly does this mean? An example would be if you decided you would like to offer social media marketing as part of your packages because you see that there's an interest, maybe several clients have asked about it. Social media marketing isn't your strength, though, so bringing in an expert in a white label capacity would allow you to expand the services you're able to offer, and all still under the umbrella of your company name.

We all have varying levels of experience either doing this or being the white label service so let's discuss!

Going niche just means getting more granular in your target market. Maybe you decide to stick to a specific industry, like photography clients or restaurants and hotels. Maybe you target only Divi users and really go all in with the ‘Divi Expert’ or ‘Divi Designer’ marketing like some of us have (with great results we might add!). This week we discuss our experiences and advice!

If you offer maintenance plans you're already productizing your services so why not expand that model? Maybe you enjoy styling forms or getting creative with Woo store pages, or are a natural with Mailchimp. Why not package that service up with a nice little bow and make it a “cartable” product?

There are pros and cons to this, and some services may be better suited to productizing than others, so let’s discuss!
