Welcome to the very first episode of Divine Dialogue, a podcast where I explore the deeper spiritual, symbolic, and personal meaning inside the stories that shape us.
In this launch episode, I introduce the heart of the podcast and begin with the animated film Balto. I explore the scene where Balto rescues Rosie’s hat, only to be rejected by the town because of his wolf heritage.
Balto’s struggle becomes a powerful reflection on belonging, identity, and integration. He is both wolf and dog, and his journey reminds us that healing does not come from rejecting parts of ourselves. It comes from learning to welcome them home.
