Prejudice, jerk or just a bad day? This episode is about not judging a book by its cover or judging a book by your past experiences sometimes we allow the experiences that we've had based on our race block our blessings creating this roadblock of defences in negative assumptions that in turn creates the outcome that we try to avoid or that we do not want to have. I'm just saying that maybe use discernment and allow yourself to step outside of the situation to see it from a higher perspective and just seeing it for what it is and not for what you assume it is. Feelings are not always fact if there's still wounds/traumas that need to be healed sometimes the the associated thought is faulty. And its to take out the time and consideration to really assess the situation from a spectrum not black and white remember you get to choose your perspective to cultivate the mindset you have. Thus, the life you create.
