Expanding on a download I received from my meditation the other day. Let’s talk about the ego and how, when unhealed, can keep us trapped in denial and stagnant energy.

Let’s remember to get back to the present moment and practice accepting when things are both ok and not ok. Although escapism isn’t key, it’s still an experience that you will grow through and learn from anyways!
