Welcome to the very first episode of Divinely Wired!

If you’ve ever felt that quiet whisper that there has to be more to life… more than chasing success, ticking boxes, or living a soulless existence, then you’re in the right place.

In this opening episode, I’m sharing the moment my life cracked open in 2020. I was working in sales management for a tobacco company, running on burnout and autopilot, using “busy” as a personality trait. Meditation started as a lifeline, and then one night, I experienced a spontaneous Kundalini awakening. Intense shaking, real fear, and this undeniable sense that something intelligent was moving through my body.

That experience sent me down a path I didn’t even know existed. Trauma release in animals, the body’s healing intelligence, altered brain states, and what happens when you stop trying to control the process and instead let life move through you.
