Despite Shukracharya's curse, Bali proceeds with the donation, and Vamana expands into the cosmic Trivikrama form, measuring the earth and heavens in two strides, leaving nothing for the third. Brahma worships Trivikrama's foot at Satyaloka, and the water from that ablution becomes the sacred celestial river. The demons, enraged at Vishnu's deception, attack but are repelled, and Bali wisely instructs them to retreat, accepting the Lord's will.[/EN_DESC]

Indra ultimately defeated Namuchi using foam—neither wet nor dry—to circumvent his boon. Lord Shiva, hearing of Vishnu's Mohini form, requested to witness it, and was so enchanted by the illusion that even he, the conqueror of Manmatha, lost composure, demonstrating that none can overcome Vishnu's maya except by surrendering to Him.[/EN_DESC]
