Variety is the spice of life, but sometimes one negative experience can close you off to a life of magic. This happens when we create blanket beliefs such as, I didn't enjoy _____ and therefore I will not enjoy any _____.  It's like saying you had a bad flying experience and therefore hate all  traveling. It sounds stupid and yet our lives are filled with unquestioned beliefs such as this. It is by uncovering these biases that we open the doors to new possibilities and new experiences of life.
