*Legal custody gives decision-making power, not how much you see the child. *Big decisions cover education, health, and religion. *Parents can ask courts to change who makes decisions based on involvement.
To tackle these points, remember seeing the child a lot doesn't mean you get to make big decisions. If you think the setup isn't fair, you can ask a court to look at it again.
