For Kali's birthday, we thought it would be really cool to have a puppet show.  At age 2, Kali was just at the perfect age to be interested in role play, story-telling, and animated characters.  A professional show was ready to go, when some unforeseen circumstances came up.  Vince and I took matters into our own hands and made a DIY puppet show in just four days.  Using the methods we use to keep Kali entertained, we found it was much easier than we expected.
